Our personalised health assessments help you to identify and manage health and lifestyle issues so you can make the positive changes needed to feel great - in mind and body.
How will I benefit from a health assessment?
Your health is PERSONAL to you and Better Bodies UK recognises this through our individualised Health Assessments, which incorporate an overview of your health, wellbeing and lifestyle. An in depth assessment will give a comprehensive overview of past and current lifestyles and together an appropriate action plan will be created to enable you to focus on your future lifestyle.
All assessments are carried out either at the home of Better Bodies UK or in the comfort of your own home. Following assessment you will be sent a comprehensive report, which will highlight health issues such as high cholesterol, diabetes, risk of coronary heart disease and postural issues. The software used is widely used by the NHS for delivering health assessments and all information can be immediately transferred to your own Doctors in the event of any concerns.
Health assessments are designed to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, type 2 diabetes or dementia. As we get older, we have a higher risk of developing these conditions and a health check can help you find ways to lower this risk. Once you have had your tests carried out your advisor will give you information on how you can lower your risk factors and maintain or improve your health. Health Checks are a way of getting a deeper understanding of your health and risk and we want to give you the tools to make positive changes so that you feel great all round, in mind and body.
